The website collects only the personal data voluntarily provided by the user through the contact form:

• First name

• Last name

• Email address

• Any message entered in the form

No special categories of data are collected and no profiling activities are carried out.

3. Purpose of the processing

The data provided through the form are used exclusively to:

• respond to enquiries sent via the website

• provide information about the services offered

• contact the user again upon their explicit request

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR: performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.

4. Methods of processing

The data:

• are processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner

• are stored in digital format and protected by appropriate security measures

• are not disclosed to third parties, except for technical needs (hosting, email provider), who are in any case bound by confidentiality obligations

The data are kept for as long as necessary to respond to the user’s request or, at most, for 12 months from receipt of the message.
After this period, the data are securely deleted.

The data will not be disclosed or transferred outside the European Union.
They may be processed by technical service providers (e.g. email provider, hosting provider), appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.
